Difference Between Aluminum Foil Bags and Aluminum Plated Bags

How to make aluminized composite packaging?

1. Choose the right glue
Select appropriate VMCPP, VMPET and other special glue for aluminized film lamination. VMCPP and VMPET from different manufacturers have great differences after lamination.

2. Process
 1) The temperature of the oven and the composite roller is reduced by 5-10 ℃ respectively;
 2) The temperature of curing chamber shall not exceed 45 ℃;
 3) Pet/vmpet/pe (CPP) is compounded for the first time, cured for 1-2 hours, and then compounded for the second time;
 4) If the air is dry, reduce the curing dose by 10%.

How to make aluminum foil bags?

1. Selection of framing
The more the splicing, the lower the cost. Selecting the appropriate specification according to the equipment situation can greatly reduce the loss.

2. Process
 1) The gluing amount is about 1.5 times that of white film. When the printing is full or the printing area is large, the gluing amount shall be further expanded.
 2) After the first time of compounding and curing for 13 hours, the second time of compounding shall be carried out, and the product shall be cured for 72 hours.
 3) The aluminum foil does not pass through the flattening roll, but enters the compound roll.
 4) Tension control.
 5) The temperature of oven and composite roller shall be increased as much as possible.
