Production Method
Rubbing the base map: first design a beautiful picture as the base map, and then rub the base map on the front of the can sheet with carbon paper (the can has been cut from the middle at this time, and the head and tail are not used). Because the long side is hard outside, the picture should be rubbed on the middle of the can as much as possible.
Tracing: Put the rubbed can sheet on the rubber pad, and trace the picture with a ballpoint pen according to the copied lines. When engraving, pay attention to moderate strength, and it is better to recognize the line marks on the reverse side of the metal plate.
Forming: Extruding and scribing the engraved base image to form. According to the requirements of the base map, the raised part should be placed on the rubber pad with the reverse side of the metal sheet facing up.
According to the line imprint, use a pen and pen tip to squeeze and scribe the picture. For the part to be recessed, use the above method to extrude and scribe the front part of the metal sheet. During the operation, the force should be moderate and uniform, so that the metal surface cannot have obvious extrusion and scratch marks. If the force is too large, the metal surface will be broken, and if it is too light, the three-dimensional effect of the picture will not be achieved.
Through repeated squeezing and scribing and trimming of the front and back sides, the picture can produce a three-dimensional effect.
Cleaning: After forming, wash the screen with detergent to remove stains and make the screen clean.
Trimming and coloring: Use scissors to cut out the forming picture of the cans. The parts that cannot be cut can be carved with a knife, and the picture is trimmed as necessary. Then, according to the requirements of the manuscript, the cut parts of the graphics are spliced together with glue to form a complete painting. Next, it is colored with a pigment as needed. Of course, it is best to use the true color of the can. 
Frame: It is necessary to carry out an overall and all-round inspection and trimming of the picture to make the picture more perfect. After that, glue the backing paper (lining cloth) flatly on the bottom plate of the mirror frame, and then glue the painting glue on the backing paper (lining cloth), and put it into the frame.
